Dëmin was named a 2026 Castrol Rising Star in his rookie season and won the event on Team Vince Carter. He showed his shooting prowess by setting Nets rookie records with seven 3-pointers made in a game on Dec. 29 against Golden State and a 38.5 percent overall 3-point percentage. Dëmin also turned in 124 3-pointers, which ranked as the fifth-most through any player’s first 52 career games in NBA history. This offseason, he was named to the 2026 All-Summer League Second Team after averaging 21.0 points, 4.3 assists and 2.3 steals in 25.3 minutes per contest across three games in Las Vegas. Brooklyn selected Dëmin eighth overall in the 2025 NBA Draft after he played one season at Brigham Young University.
