On Tuesday, Dec. 28, Empire State Building will split its world-famous tower lights to shine for Virginia Tech and the University of Maryland in honor of the New Era Pinstripe Bowl. The north and south sides of the building will be lit in red and gold for the University of Maryland, and the east and west sides will be lit in orange and maroon for Virginia Tech. Held annually, the New Era Pinstripe Bowl brings college football’s Bowl Season to the famous Yankee Stadium.
