Major League Baseball’s non-tender deadline has come and gone, and a host of new players have officially hit the free agent market.
The New York Yankees made one roster choice with right-handed reliever Jonathan Holder, who was non-tendered a contract for 2021 and joins the group of available players.
Some suspected catcher Gary Sanchez would be a consideration to be non-tendered after an up-and-down season last year, but he’s officially back in pinstripes for 2021.
