A1 Padel and the New York Yankees will announce the first-ever official A1 Padel tournament in the United States, as the tour visits a landmark Manhattan location in October. Details regarding the event will be announced at a press conference on Tuesday, Aug. 15, at Yankee Stadium, at 11 a.m.
The press conference will also stream live on the YES App and will be hosted by YES Network broadcaster Bob Lorenz. International media who are unable to access the YES App can also view an archived recording of the press conference on www.a1padelglobal.com.
Attendees will include the founder of A1 Padel and CEO of Monte Carlo International Sports Fabrice Pastor, Yankees President Randy Levine and CEO of Infinity Sports and Yankees partner Ike S. Franco.
The week-long October tournament in Manhattan will allow fans and spectators to experience the excitement of the mesmerizing racquet sport over a full week. The tournament will also air and stream live on a national linear network that will be announced at a later date.
