For their two shows at Yankee Stadium, New Jersey natives the Jonas Brothers (Kevin, Joe & Nick) will perform songs from their previous albums along with new songs from their sixth studio album — The Album — which is scheduled for release on May 12. The album features the recent hit “Wings” and their current single “Waffle House.”
Following a six-year hiatus, the group reunited in 2019 with the single “Sucker.” The five-times platinum single debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100, becoming the Jonas Brothers’ first No. 1 record and the first single from any group this century to debut at No. 1. Over their career, the group has earned Billboard Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, Teen Choice Awards and have received American Music Award and Grammy Award nominations. On Jan. 30, 2023, the band received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Yankee Stadium has hosted some of the most popular and in-demand acts in music since opening in 2009. Previous artists who have played at the venue include JAY-Z, Paul McCartney, Bad Bunny, Madonna, Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Garth Brooks, Romeo Santos, Metallica and Roger Waters.
