Brooklyn Nets sign Kendall Brown to two-way contract

BROOKLYN (Feb. 25, 2025) – The Brooklyn Nets have signed forward Kendall Brown to a two-way contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

Brown (6’8”, 200) has appeared in 20 regular season games (18 starts) this season with Brooklyn’s NBA G League affiliate, the Long Island Nets, and holds averages of 16.1 points on 53.5 percent shooting from the floor, 38.3 percent shooting from beyond the arc and 78.4 percent shooting from the free-throw line, 5.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.5 steals in 36.3 minutes per contest. The 21-year-old also saw action in 14 Tip-Off Tournament games (nine starts) with Long Island and averaged 16.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists across 32.3 minutes per game. Brown spent his first two professional seasons (2022-24) with the Indiana Pacers and appeared in 21 regular season games as a reserve, averaging 1.4 points over 4.9 minutes per contest. He also played in seven postseason games with Indiana during its run to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2024. Brown participated in 31 regular season games with the Indiana Mad Ants, the Pacers’ NBA G League affiliate, over his two seasons with the franchise. The Cottage Grove, Minn., native was selected 48th overall in the second round of the 2022 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves before Indiana acquired his draft rights. Prior to entering the draft, Brown spent one collegiate season (2021-22) at Baylor University, where he earned unanimous Big-12 All-Freshman Team honors and helped lead the Bears to a co-conference title.

Brooklyn’s roster now stands at 18 players with three two-way players.
